The F2000 case former prepares the boxes with the 4 bottom flaps folded, taking them from the side magazine with the capacity up to 110 boxes depending on boxes thickness. The bottom flaps are closed by adhesive tape by the bottom sealer GEM B52 and sent to the filling station. This carton erector gives perfectly folded boxes, even with light cartons, thanks to the specially designed folding device. The compact dimensions allow the machine to be incorporated in existing lines or installed in a limited space.
